Disney World!

I feel bad for letting so long go between the last post and this one.  Tons to catch up on, but I figured the first post I should write would be about our big summer trip to Disney World.  Mom and Ron are the ones who made this happen for us this year...they wanted everyone (us, them, and my brother and his family) to experience Disney together, so they cashed in their timeshare points, booked flights, and made our dreams come true :)

Traveling in a group of ten can be rough, but it was a super fun trip.  The kids had a blast...it was so amazing to see Emily and Owen's eyes light up when seeing new things.  I don't think we could have picked a better age for their first trip.  This was Dan's first Disney visit too, and I loved that he was so caught up in the way things were presented and worked.

Some of my very favorite moments:

Emily and Owen met three princesses, but Belle was by far their favorite.  They were all smiles and so excited to get to talk to her!

At Animal Kingdom, we did a character breakfast.  Not only was the buffet amazing, but it was so nice for the characters to visit each table and take pictures.

Dan, the kids, and I kept catching snippets of this all week, but one night, we camped out and saw the entire Electrical Parade.  This was something I remembered from my visits to Disney World as a kid, so it was for sure something I wanted to share with my family :)

Great family picture in front of the castle...love this!

Mom and Ron had the girls dressed up as princesses, and the boys were able to be pirates.  Here are my little princess and Captain Hook!
